Re-Realizing The Mystery

For about four years now I've been living in NC. It's been fun at times and other times not so much. This isn't just a locale gripe, it's a angry at the adversary and I'm looking for some maturity gripe. Hmm, well ... I'm thinking that a mature person wouldn't gripe at all but instead go to GOD and HIS Word for the solution. Yep, that's the answer. As usual.

I like Paul's approach to leadership ... well ... every Godly leader in the Word for that matter.

Titus 1:1 reads - Paul, a servant of GOD, and an apostle of Jesus Christ according to the faith of GOD's elect, and the acknowledging of the truth which is after Godliness.

One translations renders this, "Paul bondman (willingly) of GOD, and apostle of Jesus Christ, according to [the standard of the] faith of GOD's elect [GOD's chosen and selected] and knowledge of the truth which is according to piety [Godliness].

A lot of Christians are thankful for Paul's walking with GOD and his contribution to GOD's Word of the Church Epistles > Romans, Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians and Thessalonians. As well as the Pastoral Epistles > Timothy, Titus and Philemon. Those are followed by Hebrews. The Epistles of James, Peter and John were written by other Christians. Written to "saints" and "elect of GOD" but I'm so thankful that we have those to turn to, but equally important is THE Mystery.

A lot of people do not know what the Mystery is, including church going, scripture retemorizing Christians.

I know in my life - it's time for me to Re-Realize The Mystery. How about you? C'mon don't be bashful ...

Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:

Col 2:2 That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ; (Whoa!)

Ephesians 3:1 - 9

1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace [Age of Grace] of God which is given me to you-ward:
3 How that by revelation he [GOD] made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
9 And to make all [men] see what [is] the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

We need each other because that's the way GOD designed this particular relationship (The family - the Body of Christ). Re-read verse 9 if you don't believe me!
The Mystery, GOD's Word and The Body of Christ were never meant function without its members ... they can, but that wasn't its perfect design. Everything GOD designs is perfect.

So what's worth fighting for? Paul fought the good fight ...

2Ti 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

"Family" in the face of 'adverse' circumstance is absolutely worth fighting for. The Mystery is clear and too often foolishly taken for granted. Complacency is no longer allowed.

Love Ya'
